At Shalini Narang, we offer a 7-day exchange or size customisation policy for non-customised products.

Please note:

• No returns are accepted.

• No exchange on customised products.

• To be eligible for exchange, the item must be unused, with tags intact, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

If you place a new order as part of an exchange, the standard 2–3 week production timeline will apply.
